Chef Javad Persian cuisine and Bar

They deserve 6 points. Found the place on google maps with high ratings. I am glad we reserved. This place is head and a shoulder above any other Persian restaurant which I have come across. Modern decor was tasteful and welcoming. The service was friendly and professional. The wine selection is very good match to Persian cuisine especially when poured in Crystal clear wine glasses, something which is rare in many restaurants. We tried the mixed grill plate of minced , lamb and chicken kebabs cooked to perfection, tasty and succulent. We will certainly be back for more delicious meals.

We had lunch and absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. For starter we had mirza ghasemi with the fresh nan which was flavored as it should be. For main we tried jooje lari and chenje and koobide, all very nice and tender, well marinated. The rice was gorgeous as well. Nice persian decor.

Absolutely blown away by Chef Javad! From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The staff were genuinely delightful – attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. And the service? Impeccable! They anticipated our needs before we even voiced them. But let's talk about the star of the show: the food! Oh. My. Goodness. The quality was simply outstanding. We had the pleasure of trying the koobideh, and it was, without a doubt, the best I've ever tasted – so succulent and flavorful. And the Doogh! Perfectly refreshing and a wonderful complement to the meal. Beyond the incredible taste, the presentation of the food was truly a work of art. Each dish was beautifully decorated, showing such care and attention to detail. It's clear that Chef Javad and their team pour their hearts into every aspect of the dining experience. This place is an absolute gem: gorgeous, subtly-glamourous decor; talented pianist, warm & attentive service; easy accommodations for the vegetarians in our group, beautifully-presented and delicious food - wow! Our big party of 12 was so satisfied and well taken cared of. Thank you to the staff, chef, and pianist for a truly wonderful evening!

My husband been there before and he didn't like the qulity, recently we go there for a lunch and i fall in love with their taste and qulity even my husband admitted their qulity is truly in deffernt league compare to before. I love how repsecptful and supportive their staff was specifically behzad which become firend with my husband. it was truly a joyous occasion and experience. highly recommended!

The atmosphere was truly heartwarming — the live piano made it even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was served surprisingly fast. The portions were generous, and the Iranian rice was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, which really matters to me. The bread was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious. The food quality was perfect, and the grilled dishes were amazing — full of taste and cooked just right. I’ll definitely be coming back! So far, this has been the best Iranian restaurant I’ve tried in London.

The staff are excellent—warm, friendly, and attentive. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Javad himself, and what a superstar he is! So humble, yet incredibly passionate about his craft. The food was nothing short of flawless—each dish was perfectly executed, bursting with authentic flavours, and truly a testament to top-tier Persian cuisine.
